I've been trying to find a tracker that would help me to find some music. It cant by FLAC but don't have to, wanna simply find couple of song and not downloading the whole album.

Redacted has a lot of singles, however as most trackers they are specialized in albums.
I particularly don’t know any tracker that will offer single file songs.

One option you might explore is to use an open tracker like rutracker and choose only the files you want inside of the music folder.
Since they don’t have ratio or H&R you will most likely not be reprehended for not seeding the complete files.

In the past I’d say that your solution was to use p2p softwares, like Kazaa or emule. Today however I don’t know if they even exist.

what i would recommend if you just want one song here and there is to download it from a google search, like:
