I used to download EPik encodes @HDVbits before it is shut down
also I tried pixelhd mhd encodes,chdpad,hspad,LEGi0N,TayTo,Bird and such encodes
Noe I'm looking for trackers that have many,updated and various mhd encodes
Any recommendations?

To answer the original query,there are very very few trackers that promote small sized encodes. Filelist's internal teams aren't too bad,and you'll usually find good quality encodes on Teh (even though they don't have internal encoders).

Public trackers have many good uploaders who regularly upload movies in both 720p & 1080p,and most of them are far,far better than YIFY. You could try giving them a try.

I used encodes from public trackers like JYK,Kingdom,ETRG and such but speed there is real shit

Well,that's the biggest problem with public trackers...only a small % of the swarm seed back. But yeah,off the top of my head I can list a few good uploaders (the kind you are searching for) - FLiCKSiCK,dhjudasx,JYK,Tomcat-12,Highcode,etc. There are many others,I keep forgetting the names...

HDME has had their own 720p mobile encodes. But they only release them irregularly as of late.
