This isn't a tracker but until you get an invite to one of those sites you can find many encoding tutorials on www.videohelp.com

Video encoding isn't exactly rocket science. All you need to do is try out a few things for yourself...there are a few tuts on public trackers (I made a couple of them myself, lol) and on other video forums like videohelp. You don't need to get into a private tracker to learn how to encode!

Whatever you do,don't start off with Handbrake!! It is one of the most inefficient x264 GUI's out there. Go straight for StaxRip or MeGUI.

Don't think ppl actually wanted to get into a private tracker to learn encoding which isn't a very complicated stuff to learn, you get alot of these guides in google.

And all you need is time, encoding takes alot of time.

    Everyone can make a DVDRip.

The problem is that if you make it automatical it will be a medium or shit rip. If you start encoding with your own scripts you can get a very high quality encode.

MEGUI is the best program around but more difficult than Handbrake

Tehconnection also encourages encoding. You can find many tutorials there.
