SCC is not TV Tracker, is General/0Day and is one of the best trackers out there when we talk about PreTimes!

Anyway..

The best Tv Tracker is BTN (Maintaining Ratio: Ratioless)
Great Content/PreTimes etc but it is relatively difficult to find him and is risky if the inviter is not from your country coz BTN sharing their userbase with other trackers like PTP, What.cd, GFT, ScienceHD, SCC etc..

Good alternative choices is FreshonTV and TVTorrents and is easy to find an invitation for them!
FreshonTV and TVTorrents are for Normal Users, BTN is for Junkies

One last thing..

Personally, when I do not use seedbox I don't give a shit about PreTimes..
The most important i think in a Tracker is Content/Speed and the number of Seeders / Leechers..
Look the PreTimes ONLY if you want to have good prospects to build a good ratio with a seedbox and that's it

Nothing to add to what Yokel said TVT FreshonTV are the ones for TV shows.
General trackers having good TV collection are IPT SCC TL.
You can get invites for all of these easily in GA section.
