Actually the best trackers for DVD-R format out there are:

1.nCORE - With many untouched DVD9
2.IceTorrent - I found there some very rare ones (new and old ones)
4.IPTorrents - you will find many DVD-R there too ,
5.BitHQ
6. Rodvd

For the newest movies releases (untouched DVD9)

- The best on pretimes are nCore , BitHumen ,BitHQ, IceTorrent..I mean retail ones (Original)

I think for dvd is good dvd seed, passthepopcorn.
