y waste resources on trackers that ur not welcomed there and they will ban u anyways? dont bother. there are always plenty of alternatives and even better ones

HD-MKV banned only some ips from this countrys and not the entire country here is there announcement:

Hi guys,

We will not be allowing new signups (via invite, or other methods) from certain IP ranges in Romania, Israel, Egypt and other "high-risk" areas. This will limit some of our current members from accessing the site.

We have decided to limit these registrations instead of limiting invites.

I personally apologize to anyone who is affected by this, but we feel it is a much needed step in order to protect our site from abusive members.

what's the difference between Complete ban and global ban? ain't they supposed to be the same?

Complete ban - complete ban on a certain tracker, no users from that banned country are allowed on that tracker.
Global ban - in addition, there will also be several complete bans on partner trackers.
