I can highly recommend myanonamouse. Very tidy tracker, a lot of content, great speeds, helpfull community. Rarely i can't find an audio book that I'm looking for and i listen books a lot

MyAnonamouse is great for ebooks, and has a decent selection of audio books. For the latter, though, I don't even use BitTorrent; I use SoulSeek, a relatively safe, and free, peer-to-peer standalone client that's been active for over 15 years. Results on that platform are way better, and it's not full of viruses and trash, just content. Wish the devs would update their software sometime soon.
