I learned a hard lesson with WhatCD. It was such a great community that I took it for granted. That won't happen again.

Looking at the numbers and recent events, it seems all the competition is now reduced to Apollo and PTH. Yeah, we should care about both and hope they last!

now, after the storm settled down i can say that PTH is winning BIG time.
PTH is the premium site for music, period.

i like APOLLO, but PTH is WCD's successor.

but you are right in some way, PTH is WCD's successor since I already seen a LOT of people crying because of their accounts disable/banned for no reason

@Reggi - Bold statement, bud. "Big Time"? Like @whiteLight said, it's too early to make such a conclusion, way too early. Both trackers being top-notch is the best for us, the users. No reason to create camps. Let's see how they develop with time.

I have many albums titles "vinyls 24bit" and all downloaded from WCD, and today i still do Not find this albums in PTH & Apollo ,
question why?? i don't have answer.
You will need wait 1 ~ 2 Years for know What tracker is better!!!

maybe you don't see it yet on either of them is because people choose not to share it LOL

but seriously, the reason is in the NUMBERS, WCD had nearly 150k users, more users = more content.
that's why i still find it hard to believe that PTH have alot more content (especially FLACs) with half the users of APOLLO.

PTH has alot more official recruitment reps to other trackers than APOLLO, so they also think that PTH is better.
