Impossible in F3I they docent have HDB and EXIGO. For other tracker it is also hard to get into via F3I. They only have low level tracker staff.

Make friends there and they will invite you anywhere. I got pedro, PTN, FTN and DB9 from there , not directly through forum but they personally invited me.
