i dont always reply with a negative response sorry if it come across that way just stating the obvious, i think bcg ban ip change so just make sure you check before hand or the account will be a waste of time if you trade it

No tracker bans on just IP change, I'm a member of a lot of trackers and I have a dynamic IP.
This means my IP changes everyday, I have never been ban from a tracker because of this.
Accounts get ban because of a combination of IP+mail change not just IP
