I think the psycho is trying to say why you be dissin on another fools ipt for tl proposal when your proposition isn't any better. He also seems to be warning you that your chdbits account is in danger unless you do some buffering.

well clearly what im offering for just the 1 music vids invite, is amuch better trade than offering ipt inivte for torrentleech, i have had chdbits account for like 4 days hardly in any danger yet of it being disabled etc
