I am not sure if it's county ip change ban
I believe it is ip change+ account details change = ban
I have traded what.cd accounts in this manner and the account is still active
I would prefer an Indian for this trade but if you are willin to take the risk shoot me a pm

They donot ban on Ip change. I have changed my ISP like 4 times and i have never had problems. My ip now is dynamic and i havent been warned If you mean country ip change then that maybe true. But trading with Indians is 100% safe

Just curious... I am interested in getting a PTN account. But, banning the account on an IPv4 change seems weird. MOST IP's are static now, not dynamic. Now, what if you log on to PTN at a different location on a different ISP? Some people might like to check their stats or do other things that won't require uploading or downloading. Your IPv4 address will then change and be recorded on PTN to the one at the different location. Now, they may monitor the changes and check demographics. For instance, if it is in the same country then okay. But, if the IP changes from the UK to the US, they ban the account. It seems silly to just ban the account for a simple IP change. IMO it would seem to be more complex than that.
