Make sure you invite a norwegian user. Ip is checked when signing up. Also the users have to undergo some kind off test upon joining which would confirm if they are norwegian users or not. This is how it worked some time back.

Yes they use some terms that makeup it hard, but still you just need 7/10 right.
Test is easy and you it doesn't matter what country you are signing up from.
the country where from the registration is made it doesn't matter,anybody can signup from everywhere but only nordic peoples have the right to get and send invites
