and if they delete account for ip changes you can do something other....the man who has the account tells to the staff of the site that he will change country and in a couple of days he will login from a differrent ip from an another country....@3li you can see the FAQ on BCG somewhere tells that you can tell to mods that you are going to log from different country....if you can find pm me to sent you direct link....
