Just a suggestion but why don't you start a GiveAway for 1 of your TL invites? Keep it open for a couple of weeks. This way you will gain some reputation, and feedbacks.
You might then be able to request the IPT invite you need on Requests section. If you have reps and feedback, you request will be filled in no time
