Yes it does. You can try to get an account there, after having a good ratio, you'll see your invites

it is? can you show proof? becose i heard rumour they disabled invite system.
i have old acount 30++ weeks & few hundreds buffer. but never receive invite

It's showing 2 for me. Not sure why you didn't get any. I know I maintained good ratio for awhile. Whether they disabled the invite system or not, I do not know since I have not tried to invite any.
