Question Who will win the WWE Royal Rumble 2017?

This goes out to my fellow wrestling fans out there:

Who do you think will win the WWE Royal Rumble 2017?

    My choice, and wish, is
    Finn Bálor.

I believe he'll make a surprise return and win it. I think he'll be ready in time for the Rumble; he'll be in it even if he's not 100% ready. WWE LOVES Royal Rumble comeback stories - Remember John Cena in 2008 and Edge in 2010.

I have given this a LOT of thought and i can't see someone else other than super Cena winning this year. It will server as his WM ticket to capture his 16th World Title.
Of course since there will be the Elimination Chamber after RR he might win that one and still get his WM ticket, which in that case i believe Braun Strowman will win the Rumble as Vince is pushing him like hell lately.

In any case i voted Other meaning John Cena

Hmmm, interesting. You see, in the poll, I didn't include anyone who's competing in another match at the Rumble, because while some of them might end up entering the Rumble, I doubt any will win it, even Super Cena.

I actually think Cena is gonna defeat AJ Styles to tie Ric Flair's record. I find it hard to believe they'll have Styles beat him for the 3rd time. Cena will successfully defend the title at Elimination Chamber, and will go on to face The Undertaker for WWE Title at WrestleMania.

'Taker will probably win and retire as the Champ, unless he plans to compete at next year's 'Mania, in which case he might have a short run with the title until SummerSlam, tops. I think that's it for 'Taker since there's no one left worthy of facing him at WM. The only one I'd pick is Sting but Vince will never allow that match to happen since he doesn't want the negative publicity if something bad happens to Sting.

I think Bálor will win the Rumble. He's been my choice ever since he got injured. He'll probably face Roman Reigns for the Universal Title at WM, since Roman will very likely defeat Kevin Owens. Owens will then turn on Jericho and the two will clash for the United States Title at WM.

As for Styles, I think he'll either face Samoa Joe or Kurt Angle, both of which I've seen happen in TNA, both of which would be EPIC battles!

As for Braun, I really hope he doesn't win it. I know Vince is pushing him like hell, but I just don't see Braun competing for either title at WM, maybe in another PPV down the line... I have no idea what they want to do with him for WM though. Honestly, I'd have him face The Big Show instead of the useless, publicity-fueled Shaq vs. Show... No true wrestling fan wants to see that crap!

    These are my predictions...

Nuh, i guess Randy will continue his feud with Luke Harper (maybe eliminating him in Royal Rumble) and destroy the Wyatts from the inside. I guess they are working towards a Bray vs Randy at WrestleMania. No way Randy wins RR

Agreed! Randy vs. Bray would make a solid match. I'm just a little concerned about the number of matches we have this year. Even with WM being a 4-hour show, the brand split has pushed a number of wrestlers and made them eligible for their own WM matches. So we're now in a situation where, unlike the past few years, we are able to have a decent number of solid WM matches.

I hope management doesn't make the matches too short for the sake of squeezing in too many of them (Lesnar vs. Ambrose last year suffered from that because the Rock & Rousey segment ran way too long). They've been more relaxed about going over the allotted PPV time limit as of late, so I hope they do the same with WM.

Well not sure if WrestleMania gets a PreShow segment but i would guess they will push back a couple of matches there as well

Like all PPVs, it will get a 'Kickoff Show', and like the other big PPV (RR, SS, SS), this one will be a 2-hour Kickoff Show instead of 1, so the entire event will run for 6 hours. Royal Rumble will be the same BTW.

They will push a few matches to the Kickoff Show, as they always do, but those are usually B-grade matches that do not belong at WM anyways. My concern is that this year, solid matches will be pushed to the Kickoff Show since there's so many of them. That will cause them to lose their spark since the Kickoff Show isn't really WM, and the stadium barely begins to fill up during that time.

Expect the Andre the Giant Battle Royal to be on Kickoff Show, but honestly, no one cares about that anyways.
