IF luckless Eagles star Nic Naitanui is ever in need of a morale boost, this video could be the perfect tonic.

Meet Nic Nat’s cutest fan — Kalgoorlie girl Ayla Hefron.

Five-year-old Ayla has never seen the Eagles play live but she’s been raised in a home fiercely loyal to the blue and gold.

She wouldn’t remember it but she met Naitanui at the age of six months when the popular ruckman visited Kalgoorlie.

This video shows her emotional and adorable reaction to Naitanui’s first ACL injury in 2016.

“If he plays football with his scratch it will keep hurting and keep hurting,” Ayla tells her father Nyle in the video.

“He has to go to the doctor’s because his leg is hurting.

“When he comes back his leg will be all better and then I’ll see him again.

“And then I won’t cry. Because I just want to see Nic Naitanui. I love him.”

Her father shared the video with PerthNowtoday.

He said Ayla was heartbroken all over again after Naitanui injured his right knee during Sunday’s win over Collingwood at the MCG.

“That was recorded after he did his first knee,” Mr Hefron said.

“She near on burst into tears when she heard he’s done it again. She’s devastated.

“She just feels very sorry for Nic and can’t wait to see him back.”
