Former Alabama All-America running back Trent Richardson was involved in another incident with his former girlfriend and the mother of his children.
Nearly a month after Sevina Fatu sustained scratches and bruising to her face when she said an altercation with Richardson became physical, she reportedly became the aggressor Monday night.
According to , Fatu was charged with two counts of aggravated battery and one count of criminal mischief for purposely crashing her SUV into a car Richardson was riding in.
In February, Richardson was charged with third-degree domestic violence, but he claims Fatu attacked him and he was trying to push her away.
"What's out there isn't the truth," Richardson told AL.com about the February incident. "I swear I didn't hit her."
Richardson, who hasn't played in the NFL since 2014, is taking online classes at Alabama to complete his bachelor's degree.
