Two devastating spells of fast bowling from Chris Morris and Junior Dala helped Titans run through the Cape Cobras' batting line-up and then chase down the measly target of 152 without losing a wicket and having more than half the innings to spare.

Pieter Malan's side didn't make too bad a start after being asked to bat first by Titans, their second wicket partnership between the skipper and No.3 batsman Zubayr Hamza giving the side a platform for a move on from an early wicket. But their 57-run stand turned out to be the best for the Cape Cobras and both Morris and Dala worked in tandem to pick away at the batting line-up.

Aviwe Mgijima fought with a 39-ball 30 but the rest crumbled to fold for 151 in just the 38th over.

Jonathan Vandiar made a flying start to his essay but had to retire hurt on 31 off 28 balls. His opening partner Diego Rosier however, soldered on for an undefeated 62-ball 92 - laced with 12 fours and two sixes - in his team's rousing victory. Titans didn't lose a wicket as No.3 batsman Heino Kuhn played second fiddle to Rosier with a 25 not out from 43 deliveries by the time the victory was sealed.

Brief Scores: Cape Cobras 151 in 37.2 overs (Pieter Malan 30, Zubayr Hamza 30; Chris Morris 3-23, Junior Dala 3-29) lost to Titans 155/0 in 22.1 overs (Diego Rosier 92*) by 10 wickets
