Semi-finals: Italy v Germany, Spain v England

Thursday's semi-final lineup has been confirmed, with Italy playing Germany in the televised game in Chesterfield and Spain facing England in the evening kick-off in Burton.

Three-time champions Germany were already assured of a last-four berth before the final round of group games, but Monday's 4-0 defeat by Spain meant they finished runners-up to Jorge Vilda's side in Group B. Final tournament debutants Italy made light of their inexperience by topping Group A with one to play, while hosts England advanced in second after dispatching Portugal 6-1.
