The Cleveland Browns insist they're fine entering the 2017 season with a quarterback depth chart of Cody Kessler-Brock Osweiler-Kevin Hogan, but rumors swirling around the NFL suggest otherwise.

Sure, general manager Sashi Brown refuted the report that they were looking to trade for Kirk Cousins, but now that the Browns tried and failed to trade for Patriots backup quarterback Jimmy Garappolo on Thursday.

Browns inquired last night about trading for Patriots' QB Jimmy Garoppolo and were told, once again, NE not interested, per sources.

Now, it's unclear whether the buzz is true or not, but the fact that rumors about two separate quarterbacks from two separate teams popped up would lead any educated person to believe the Browns were looking to pick up a QB.

So while they may say they are comfortable with Cody Kessler as their starter, all indicators are clearly pointing in the other direction.
