Tony Wroten scored a late flurry of points as Philadelphia 76ers snatched a 95-92 win over Cleveland Cavaliers.

Philadelphia claimed their first home victory of the season after Wroten scored nine of his 20 points in the last 3:48, inflicting a fifth defeat in six games on the depleted Cavaliers.

Cleveland had just nine available players because of injuries to LeBron James and Kyrie Irving, while Dion Waiters, Lou Amundson and Alex Kirk were left out due to a pending three-team trade.

The Sixers (5-28) had dropped their first 14 at home, five shy of the NBA record held by the 1993-94 Dallas Mavericks.

In Atlanta, Paul Millsap scored 23 points as the Hawks continued their red-hot run with a 107-98 win over the Los Angeles Clippers.

Millsap also grabbed eight rebounds and Jeff Teague added 20 points for Atlanta, who captured their eighth win in a row over a Western Conference foe, their best run since the 1997-98 season.

Another in-form side, the Dallas Mavericks, extended their winning streak to six games with a 96-88 victory over the Brooklyn Nets.

Dirk Nowitzki moved into sole possession of seventh place on the NBA's all-time scoring list by hitting a clinching three-pointer with 34.8 seconds remaining in overtime.
