Golden Knights goalie Marc-Andre Fleury missed 25 games earlier this season with a concussion and injury concerns have returned after he took a shot off the mask Tuesday.

Fleury, 33, left Tuesday’s game against the Canucks after taking a shot from Brandon Sutter off his mask.

Vegas has been mum on the extent of Fleury's injury but the team recalled goaltender Oscar Dansk Wednesday and head coach Gerrard Gallant said Fleury will remain in Las Vegas during their upcoming road trip.

Coach Gallant addresses media:

🌸 is not traveling with the team to San Jose today, but there’s a chance he will join the team later in the trip
