Magic power forward Aaron Gordon left Friday night's 103-89 loss to the Nuggets with a concussion.

Gordon's face made contact with Nuggets guard Gary Harris' shoulder, but he originally tried to play through the injury. Moments later, Gordon was subbed out and he did not return. He had scored 14 points in 29 minutes before leaving.

Now in the concussion protocol, Gordon will likely miss Saturday's game against the Hawks.
Gordon has been enjoying a breakout season, averaging 18.7 points and 8.3 rebounds per game. The Magic, however, have now lost 12 of their last 15 games and can ill-afford to lose their best player for any length of time
