Liam Jordan joins HB Køge on loan from Sporting Lisbon, Bafana Bafana striker Lebo Mothiba returns to Lille

South African striker Liam Jordan has completed his six-month loan move from Sporting Lisbon to Danish outfit HB Køge.
The 19-year-old returned to Sporting for a second spell at the start of the campaign, but he's on the move again in an attempt to play regular football.

Jordan, who is a South African junior international, found game time hard to come by at Sporting, but he wasn't short of admires as Køge came knocking for his services.

He sealed his move to Denmark on transfer deadline day, and he will be hoping to make the most of this new opportunity for the next six months.

The former Bidvest Wits attacker leaves Sporting without making a single appearance this season.
Jordan was part of the South Africa U20 national team that won the 2017 Cosafa Cup in last December.
He also represented SA in the U20 Fifa World Cup last year where they crashed out in the group stages without winning a game.

Meanwhile, another South African striker Lebo Mothiba has returned to Lille SC.
The 22-year-old Bafana Bafana player left Lille on loan to Valenciennes at the start of the 2016/17 season after struggling to break into the starting line-up at the French Ligue 1 outfit.

However, after two successful seasons at Valenciennes, Lille decided to recall him for the second half of the current campaign.
He has signed a new two-year deal on top of his existing deal, and he will now remain at Lille until June 2021.
Mothiba scored eight goals in 20 official appearances for Valenciennes this season, and he was more than happy to return to his parent club.
