The 2017/18 Ethiopian Premier League (EPL) defending champions, Jimma Aba Jiffar, is all set to use online mobile system for its day to day activities which enables fans get relevant information regarding the club.

The service will help to easily exchange updated live scores, fans registration, monthly payments and allowing voting for best player’s award.

At a press conference the club’s officials jointly held with NANA service PLC last week, it was stated that anyone can register as a fan via a message code called “6732 HELP.” The service will also enable them get updated news, match fixtures and receive any necessary information. Furthermore, the system also provides a simple text message to 8766 which costs five birr to comment about their current performance.

The second online system will allow online shopping which will provide kits, T-shirts, photos, flags and brochures. In addition, fans can get a ticket from anywhere using their phones. According to NANA’s general manager, Abraham Damte, Jimma Aba Jifar will also have its own app in the near future.
