Ander Herrera will make his 100th appearance in Manchester United colours in Thursday's League Cup encounter against Hull.

The Spain international was picked by Jose Mourinho to start at the KC Stadium, as the manager seeks his first final since moving to Old Trafford at the start of the current season.

Herrera moved to Old Trafford from Athletic in 2014, having shined with the Basques after signing from Real Zaragoza.

Congratulations, !

He has been an indispensable part of the United set-up since his transfer, and has appeared in all but three Premier League games so far this season under Mourinho.

The midfielder has netted 14 times in his 99 games to date, and has lifted an FA Cup title and the Community Shield title during his time in England.
