Conor McGregor's bottle-throwing exploits prior to UFC 202 will cost the Irish mixed martial arts fighter $150,000.

The Nevada Athletic Commission levied the fine Monday, according to MMAFighting.com. The amount is 5 percent of McGregor's $3 million purse from the event.

McGregor and his opponent at UFC 202, Nate Diaz, instigated a pre-fight quasi-melee at the Las Vegas MGM Grand in August.

In addition to the hefty fine, McGregor must also reportedly serve 50 hours of community service and participate in an anti-bullying program.

Diaz's punishment is expected to be announced next month.
