Italian motorcycle manufacturer, Aprilia ended the three-day test at Mugello Circuit, Italy with Max Biaggi on 30 June to 2 July. According to the manager of Aprilia Racing, Romano Albersiano these trials yielded positive results.

Biaggi rode in the Open ART 176 laps, with a time of 1 minute 50.940 second best, lagging about 3.3 seconds of printed circuit record above Marc Marquez Honda RC213V 2013. Aprilia also increasingly optimistic about return to MotoGP as a factory team in 2016.

"Max is very good rhythm, we also won valuable data. We decided to test with Max because we can get information based on experience. These terms, the trial goes according to plan," said Albesiano to MotoGP.com.

Biaggi also said he was happy to help the development of HAART. "The test is clearly positive. Adaptation motors, tires, brakes and physical condition is very important, especially when you had not been driving a motorcycle. We work well, can evaluate several different solutions. Seems I gather a lot of ideas for this team," added The Roman Emperor.
