Anderson Varejao scored 18 points and notched 25 rebounds, his seventh double-double of the season, to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a close victory over the Orlando Magic, 87-81. Cleveland (11-21) has won just two of its last 10 games.

Varejao shot 8-17 from the field. Other top contributors for Cleveland included Tristan Thompson with 16 points and 10 rebounds, and Jarrett Jack with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Despite the loss, Glen Davis put up 16 points for Orlando on 6-19 shooting from the field and 4-8 from the free throw line. He also tallied 13 rebounds. Jameer Nelson chipped in 14 points and 9 assists, Arron Afflalo finished with 12 points and 6 rebounds, and Andrew Nicholson put up 12 points and 6 rebounds.

The Magic posted an eFG% of just 42.3%, including 28.0% from 3-point range. This year, they are winless (0-6) when they record marks below 45% and 30% in those respective categories. On the other hand, the Cavaliers are 5-1 when holding their opponents to such low percentages.

This drops Orlando (10-22) to 0-2 versus Cleveland on the season.
