IN the midst of celebrations that will last for days and weeks to come, West Coast’s players could have been forgiven for getting a little messy.

But a number of Eagles went the opposite way as they they prepared to exit the winning changeroom at the MCG last night.

Players including Chris Masten, Tom Cole, and Norm Smith Medal winner Luke Shuey were captured cleaning up the changeroom before leaving in a classy post-grand final touch.

It’s not the first time we’ve seen something like it in world sport, with Japanese fans earning praise for tidying up in the stands following their country’s World Cup soccer matches in Russia earlier this year.

But it’s the kind of act that exemplifies a classy organisation - both on and off the field.
