It sometimes needs some common sense to read and understand the rules.
1 bump every 24 hours for the OP bumping HIS OWN THREAD.

Or else everyone can move around the board bumping each other's thread. You can clearly understand the mess that such a thing can cause.
As for the abuse or misuse of my power well just follow the rules and be sure you will not test it.

I will leave it to that.
