I would suggest changing the maintaining ratio to Hard, since it is hard to maintain a good ratio especially without a seedbox. There is no free leech and it is mostly new torrents that get snatched.

I am sorry but it is just ridiculous saying that maintaining a good ratio is Hard at TehC. I would suggest changing it to medium or even easy since torrents have a long lifespan and there is also plenty of freeleech around to buff your ratio if you get into trouble.

x264 stays for now in lvl 5 ONLY for the rarity.
BitMeTv maintaining ratio stays in medium. Hard to handle the ratio for example is in what.cd not in BitMeTv. Especially with seedbox. Most of the users use seedbox in private trackers.
PrivateHD goes in lvl 2 from 1
TehConnection maintaining ratio goes to medium from hard. You have right on this!
