1. TheGeeks is certainly better than Bitspyder. They cannot be of same level. Just do few quick searches to realize the truth. Bitspyder gives random result most of the time too.
2. cinematiK should be higher level tracker because staff is friendly, very active forum and great content which cannot be found in any other trackers. There website design is great, it automatically fetches all the info about cast and directors from IMDB which can be used to find similar movies. Staff is friendly too.
3. Bibliotik has books which cannot be found anywhere on the net including MAM or Libgen. There collection is huge and is rapidly growing. It also includes research papers which none of the other trackers offer.
4. ScienceHD has every other documentaries which one can think off. They are growing very rapidly and I like their bounty offers for finding the missing episode. It is a quick way to increase one's ratio
5. ElBitz is growing and it can go up. Certainly equal to bitspyder.
6. SDBits does not deserve this level. Their content is unique just like KG or CG.
7. TheHorrorCharnel deserves to go up after recent changes in their website layout. It may have few thousands of torrent but remember that their category is not broad.
8. mac-torrents.me has torrents which you cannot even find on brownstones. Sometimes they release new version of software before it reaches brownstones. Their credit system can make earn insane amount of upload credit. It deserves to be higher.
9. metal.iPlay provides discographies of metal bands in flac format. That's crazy. They do not usually have obscure metal bands but collection of mainstream metal bands is in high quality and can be downloaded as discographies.
10. metal-tracker has obscure bands which cannot be found on What.CD or Waffles.ch. They are growing rapidly and deserve to be ranked higher.
11. hon3yd is growing. Their content untouched DVDs of bollywood movies. They also release Hindi dubbed western movies. This stuff cannot be found on elite trackers they will not allow it. So hon3yd is unique in this regard. Generous offer of 1 TB space tells that they have ambition of growing.

Some level changes
- M-Team TP now level 5 should be 7, it is almost the first source for bluray disks, good internals, good pre times only minutes after scene
- HDArea is now 3 and should be 5 at least, very good and fast source for bluray disks, very good and fast internals, very good community
- HDtime is now 2 should be 3 or 4 as it has improved and has good internals
- SceneTime is now 2 should be 4 as it has big and fast content, big database
- https://www.hyperay.cc , not listed ,it is fast growing chinese tracker with good internal Tron, also they produce good amount of remuxes and x265 encodes
- Awesome-HD is now 6 should be 7 for the greatest internals ever
- BitHQ is now 5 , should be 4 or 3 , has nothing special and they almost provide only one type of hd content
- FreshonTV is now 5 and it should go higher as it is the best TV tracker in all terms
- HD-Torrents is now 5 should be 6 for great internals and remuxes and great speeds
- BitSoup is now 4 it should be 1 or even removed as it is only a money sucking machine now
- XSpeeds is now 4 ,it should be at least 5 , it is almost the fastest tracker for scene releases and unrared too
- TorrentDay is now 4 ,it should be at least 5, huge content and database with great speeds and the easiest one to build big buffer
- TorrentShack, is now 3 and it should be 5 after recovering from their old problems and they are now the best and fastest ratio free tracker
- Keep Friends is now 1 should be at least 3 , very good source for x265 encodes and also good source for bbrips

I think one of the best criteria to determine tracker levels is the ratio between the number of users and the number of torrents
EX https://privatehd.to has 85,347 members and only has 6,108 torrents, in this way it is bad tracker and it should be placed in the lowest level nevertheless how rare it is and vice versa

Creating poll for some chosen trackers will be better. We can open 2-3 trackers poll for 7 days than next 2-3 trackers for next days & so on. Let see what other staff & members say.

2. Cinematik stays also in lvl 5. Is in the same lvl with cinemageddon. I think is not worth to be the same lvl with KaraGarga in lvl 6.
3. Bibliotik is very good on lvl 6. I agree that they have unique torrents but keep in your mind that many users in order to be in higher class they download elearning packs from general trackers like iptorrents and after that they upload these files one by one on bibliotik.
4. ScienceHD is ok in lvl 5 for now.
5. ElBitz now is in the same lvl with bitspyder (lvl 3).
6. SDBits has quality and rare torrents but it has small number of content and is very easy to find an invite. You talk about KG or CG.. These trackers have over 100.000 torrents.
7. TheHorrorCharnel is ok in lvl 3 for now.
8. Mac-Torrents raised up in lvl 2 from lvl 1.
9. metal.IPlay stays in lvl 2 for now.
10. Metal-Tracker will be replaced soon in trackers list coz their have always the registrations open.
btw.. All trackers with open registrations (always) soon will be replaced. These trackers are useless for us. We are a forum called "torrentinvites.org". I think the words about this are needless.

@Yokel , we should move TVvault to level 5 or 6 , they have over 30,000 Torrents , truly the best one for old and rare Tv Shows
Invites are not very easy to get since you must upload some torrents to progress to Power User and Uploading there not easy...

Fano.in is also amazing good general tracker that should be at least at level 3
Content 9/10 and speed 10/10

I do not agree with @Blitz about AwesomeHD (just join this one) pretty sucks , not a lot of content , seeding and speed not so good ,
Very very overrated , (maybe just me)
