Pre-orders for the new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 have just gone live in the United States and you can reserve your Note to be among the first one to get a hold of it.

Just as Samsung promised, the Note 9 pre-orders have started early on August 10th, and the phone will launch in two weeks, on Friday, August 24th.

The price of the Note 9 is set at $1,000 for the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage, while the beefed up version with 8GB RAM and a whopping 512GB of storage sells for $1,250.

Quickly recapping the Note 9, the phone is an evolution over a successful formula: a beautiful glass-and-metal Samsung design, a massive 4,000mAh battery, an S Pen with wireless connectivity that you can use to remotely control the Note, as well as powerful Snapragon 845 chip with a big cooling pipe, so the phone can handle longer gaming sessions, and last but not least, a camera with automatic Scene Detection that will improve many common shots people take.
