As you probably know by now, the Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro were officially unveiled earlier today. And nothing gets the adrenaline flowing, the heart pumping and the drool forming (sorry, if you are mentally conjuring up these images) than a new product video that goes into detail about all the features that you wish you had on your current phone.

At the top of this article, you'll find Huawei's official new product video for the Mate 20 Pro. U.S. consumers who manage to get their hands on this phone, will be happy to hear that it should work on AT&T or T-Mobile. However, you better not be working for the U.S. government. Regardless where you live, your ears will perk up when you hear about the in-display fingerprint scanner and the Kirin 980 chipset, the first 7nm SoC to power an Android phone. And it is also the first processor with Dual NPU for Machine Learning AI capabilities.

There is the Leica triple camera setup on back, and the video shows some of the ways that AI is used to enhance the quality of photographs snapped with the Mate 20 Pro. The 4200mAh battery, in combination with the 40W Super Charge and the 15W Wireless Quick Charge, means that battery life should "never be an issue."

By now, you might find yourself reaching for your wallet. The Mate 20 Pro goes on sale as soon as today in the U.K., France, Italy and United Arab Emirates starting at 1049 EUR.
