T-Mobile's Chief Technical Officer Neville Ray took to Twitter to announce a planned LTE upgrade to the mid- and low-bands on hundreds of cell phone towers across the US, making LTE coverage wider and speeds faster.

You can see all the cities that saw their towers receive the low 600MHz bands frequency boost in the tailor-made GIF above (which you have to have some pretty recent phones to take advantage of), while the mid-bands went live in the cities' towers that are included in the list below.
