Sony Xperia fans might recall our previous report about the imminent rollout of Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for Xperia Z5 family.

The update already kicked off in Japan over the weekend and should start rolling out in the UK this week. The global version of Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Compact, and Xperia Z5 Premium should be eligible for the upgrade as well.
Unfortunately, a timeline for these updates is not yet available, so we don't know when exactly they will hit certain countries, but if you own one of the Xperia Z5 family smartphones, you should check for Android 6.0 Marshmallow every day.
Today, the folks over at XperiaBlog report that the same update is now available for those who own the Xperia Z3 Plus and Xperia Z4 Tablet.
The same firmware build (32.1.A.1.163) that was approved for Xperia Z5 family not long ago is now pushed to the two Xperia devices mentioned earlier.
Wi-Fi and LTE Xperia Z4 Tablet are eligible for the upgrade According to the cited source, the update is currently available for both Wi-Fi and LTE versions of the Xperia Z4 Tablet. Concerning the Xperia Z3 Plus, only the single-SIM model is eligible for the upgrade at the moment.
However, we expect Sony to start pushing Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to Xperia Z3 Plus Dual in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned for more on this one.
It's unclear where exactly the update is now available, but we believe the global versions of Xperia Z3 Plus and Xperia Z4 Tablet should be the first to receive it.
Other Xperia smartphones are expected to receive Android 6.0 Marshmallow update in the next couple of months. However, Sony is now focusing on successfully launching its new Xperia X series, so the rollout of the update might take a while.
