A new Samsung flip phone is likely coming out soon, as evidenced by an official support page for the device that just went up on Samsung's website. The new flip phone, dubbed the SM-W2019, is reportedly powered by a Snapdragon 845 CPU and has dual cameras on the back, one of which with variable aperture.

Samsung's new flip phone recently passed certification in China, which resulted in some legitimate images of the device leaking online. Judging by the official renders, the SM-W2019 won't be too different from its predecessor in terms of design. It has two displays — one on the lid and one inside — a physical keyboard, and, of course, a dedicated Bixby button on the left side. Last year's model had a pair of 4.2-inch, AMOLED displays, each with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 (FHD), and by the looks of it the W2019 won't be too different.

A recent Wi-Fi certification revealed that the phone will run Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, but it's pretty much a given that Samsung will release a build of Android 9.0 Pie for the W2019 after it's launched. Speaking of that, since the W2018 launched in December, the new flipper is likely going to hit store shelves around the holidays as well. Unfortunately for us, Westerners, the W2019 will again be sold primarily in China and South Korea.
