Samsung has quietly launched the ultra-affordable Galaxy J1 mini, which will soon be available on the market in Dubai, Singapore and Russia.

For the time being, Galaxy J1 mini has only been confirmed in the countries mentioned earlier, but we suspect Samsung will introduce the ultra-affordable handset in other emerging markets in the coming weeks.
