Although Samsung postponed the release of the Android 10-based One UI 2 beta for Galaxy Note 10 series for several days, it looks like the waiting will soon be over, at least for select users in certain countries.

After rolling out a similar update to the Galaxy S10 series, the South Korean giant has just confirmed (via AndroidSoul) that Android 10-based One UI 2 beta will make its way to the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus (including 5G variants).

The announcement mention any release dates, it just says that the update is “coming soon,” but according to a previous report, the Galaxy Note 10 series should receive the Android 10-based One UI 2 beta update on or around October 24, which isn't too far away.

The bad news is the update will only be available in South Korea at launch, although there's hope Samsung will expand the beta program to additional countries, including the US, UK, Germany, India, France, Spain, Poland, and China.

All Galaxy Note 10 owners in South Korea who would like a taste of Android 10, should register for the beta program via the Samsung Members app. The final version of the update should roll out in just a couple of months, although Samsung hasn't offered any ETA yet.
