Samsung has released the April Security Patch for its Galaxy A8 (2018) and Galaxy J7 Prime, which brings in fixes for some security-related issues, as well as a brand new option for the Galaxy A8 (2018).

Тhe patch has arrived for the Galaxy A8 (2018) and the Galaxy J7 Prime with security updates A530FXXU2ARD1 and G610FXXU1BRC1 respectively. The patch brings in fixes for seven security issues found in the Android software and eight more fixes, this time regarding only Samsung software.

The Galaxy A8 update is the more interesting of the two, as it brings in the option to change screen sensitivity and also improves camera stability. You can configure your screen's sensitivity by going into Settings --> Advanced Features.

To download April's Security Patch, go in Settings --> Software update. Don't stress if you can't download the update yet, as it can take time until it rolls out worldwide.
