Even though both iOS and Android have matured quite a lot over the past few years and are both fully-featured operating systems in their own right, they still have their fundamental differences at their core. The same differences translate to the hardware that these systems operate on — iPhones always have "just enough" of hardware specs to run smooth with their respective iOS version, while Android manufacturers always shoot for the stars and try to stuff everything plus the kitchen sink under their phones' hoods.

So, the two camps have their own two, very different fandoms. Since we are all feeling festive here, we decided to stir the pot a little — we asked you what your current phone is right now and whether you'd like to switch over the next time you buy a device.

The results can be seen below — more than 60% voted they have and will remain loyal to Android. It's also worth noting that 10% said they have an iPhone and will be switching to an Android phone, while just 8% said they'd like to go from Android to iOS land.
