So, as many of you may know, HMD Global avoided the Nokia 7.1 Plus at last week’s event. However, that doesn’t mean the smartphone isn’t on its way. In fact, a bunch of variants has just been certified ahead of the device’s release in the near future.

The versions go by the model numbers TA-1104, TA-1113, TA-1115, TA-1117, TA-1118, and TA-1125, and will all support Bluetooth 4.2 and 4G LTE networks. As is the case with Bluetooth certifications, however, no other information about the smartphones are provided. Fortunately, a number of leaks have already revealed almost everything there is to know about these devices.

Starting with the exterior, the smartphone will follow in the footsteps of the regular Nokia 7.1 by adopting a notched display complete with a rather thick chin down below. However, the diagonal is set to increase to 6.18-inches. Internally, the Snapdragon 710 has been rumored for quite some time now and is expected to join either 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Alongside all of this, a 3,400mAh battery is to be expected alongside the outdated Android 8.1 Oreo in its stock form.

The exact announcement date of this phone still remains unclear. However, HMD Global has stated that it has an “important announcement” to make on October 11 in India. Additionally, Nokia’s Indian social media has been teasing the arrival of a device with a “mega display,” so perhaps the Nokia 7.1 Plus will go official as early as this Thursday.
