Those with a 64-bit iPhone or iPad running iOS 10.3.3 will be pleased to learn that a new jailbreak is headed their way called Meridian.

Meridian iOS 10.3.3 Gets Demoed on Video. Works on 64-bit Devices.

A few days back, H3lix was released for 32-bit devices, allowing those on iOS 10.3.3 to finally liberate their devices from the shackles of Apple’s walled garden. But of course, there was no 64-bit support at all, which meant those with an iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6s etc. weren’t able to take any advantage of the solution. Today, there’s good news for those on iOS 10.3.3 once again as a new jailbreak called Meridian has been teased on Twitter that finally lets you jailbreak 64-bit devices on the aforementioned firmware.

Meridian has been a work in progress for a long, long time, and now it appears as though things have shaped up quite nicely if the new demo is anything to go by. But the only hiccup in this particular jailbreak is that it works on iOS 10.3.3, which in itself is a deal-breaking for 64-bit devices as they all support iOS 11, and many have highly likely updated to that firmware right now. Still, if you were courageous enough to stay put on iOS 10.3.3 in the hope for a jailbreak then you will be rewarded very, very soon. Check out the demo below and feel excited.

At this point in time there’s no ETA when the full and final version of the jailbreak will arrive. But eventually, it will. At first, it will be closed source for quite some time until the first public beta drops. Of course, we don’t have an ETA for that either. We will update our readers whenever we have more information at hand. Until then, you have some good news and a video to go along with it.
