LG's flagship smartphones has been praised in reviews all over the world, but it looks like at least one particular model has been affected by some touchscreen issues.

It's unclear whether or not these are the same issues that OnePlus One owners are facing with their smartphones, but the problem looks to be present in the United States more than in any other country.

According to an XDA thread, there are more than 100 people that confirmed their LG G4's touchscreen has issues registering quick taps and swipes thus preventing features like Knock On and Knock Code to work as intended.

The same cited forum has conducted a poll on the LG G4 touchscreen issues where more than 200 owners of the device have voted. Around 60% of them confirmed having these problems on their LG G4 units.

Those who own an LG G4 can check for themselves whether or not their phone has touchscreen issues by opening the dialer and typing 277634#*#. When the service menu opens up head to Device Test / Service Menu / Manual Test / Touch Draw Test / Manual, then touch, tap, knock, and slide on the screen.

If the display won't show a red mark then your phone's is safe, but if a red mark appears on the phone it means it fails to register one of the actions you performed before.
