With just 27 days to go before its announcement, and following a multitude of leaks, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro has become the subject of the latest live image leak courtesy of tipster Roland Quandt.

Showcasing the smartphone’s front design, the two new images provide a pretty clear glimpse at the new 6.3-inch curved AMOLED display which appears to boast almost no bezel at all on either side of the panel. Looking towards the bottom of the device, it’s clear that a chin is present. However, when it comes to the dimensions, this one seems to be on the small side of things. In any case, this bezel isn’t replicated up top. Instead, Huawei has opted for a wide notch which is home to a front-facing camera, the in-ear speaker, and a new Face ID-like technology.

Elsewhere in the images, a peek at the smartphone’s aluminum frame is also provided, albeit from one side only. Nevertheless, this reveals an elongated volume rocker and a separate power key that boasts a contrasting red color.

Before the photoshop police get ahead of themselves in the comments below, both of these images are claimed to be promotional shots that Huawei will presumably use either in press images or official videos. Unfortunately, whoever created the image of the Mate 20 Pro inside of a car has accidentally stretched the device a bit too much when editing, hence why the smartphone looks rather stretched.

As mentioned countless times before, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro will go official on October 16 at an event in London. Here, the flagship device will be joined by the regular Huawei Mate 20 and the ultra-premium Mate 20 Porsche Design.
