Honor 10, one of the flagship killers that many Android fans have been waiting for, is finally here, and judging by what it has to offer, it will not disappoint. The most important thing is that the Honor 10 costs less than $500, even though it comes with powerful hardware inside.

The smartphone has been officially introduced in China and will go on sale on April 27 for $415 (6GBRAM/64GB storage) and $480 (6GB RAM/128GB storage), respectively. The Honor 10 comes in four color variants: Black, Blue, Gray, and Purple.

According to Honor, its new flagship killer will be launched globally on May 15, so if you don't live in China, you'll have to wait three more weeks for the Honor 10 to arrive. Also, expect the price to be slightly different.

The Honor 10 ships with Android 8.1 Oreo (EMUI 8.1 included) on board and packs a top-tier Kirin 970 processor, the same that powers the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro flagships. Also, it boasts a high-quality dual-camera setup (16MP RGB+24MP monochrome), which features f/1.8 aperture, PDAF (phase detection autofocus) and intelligent image stabilization.

On the front, the smartphone includes a 24-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and a fingerprint sensor hidden under the home button. It's got a 5.8-inch full HD+ (1080 x 2280 pixels) display with a 19:9 aspect ratio.

Although it comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and dual nano SIM slots, the Honor 10 lacks microSD card slot, so you'll be limited to either 64GB or 128GB storage.

Design-wise, the Honor 10 features a glass-coated back and a notch on top of the display that accommodates the earpiece, sensors and the 24-megapixel selfie camera.

Finally, Honor 10 is powered by a 3,400 mAh battery with fast charging supports, as well as a wide range of connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type-C, and LTE support.
