12 months ago, at MWC 2017, HMD Global introduced a reborn Nokia 3310 (2017) with a camera and in four funky colors. The phone did not have a lot in common with the original Nokia 3310, but was a massive success from a PR standpoint. Latest leaks suggest the Finnish company is about to do the very same thing, this time giving a new life to the beloved Nokia 8110.

The Nokia 8110 appears to have 4G connectivity and one camera on the back. Polish sources claim the phone will run YunOS and have a 1,200 mAh battery. It is also expected to arrive with Wi-Fi hotspot capability.

The most impressive feature, however, is the color of the Nokia 8110 - it looks suspiciously like a banana given its yellow color and slight curvature.

The phone is rumored to hit the market in May with a €79 price tag. We'll certainly know more about it tomorrow as Nokia MWC press event is scheduled for 4PM CET.
